❤️ Love this! Excellent article! Some people learn this too late! I am very fortunate to have learned from an eye doctor in town that not only should you pay attention to your mind, body and spirit but your eye health is extremely important too! You should make good nutrition part of your daily regime. What you put into it is what you get out of it! Think of yourself as a car. The preventive maintenance pays off big time!
